How do you save your battery with a g1?
To save your G1's battery life: Turn off Auto-Sync. The Auto-Sync feature allows you to update your calendars and e-mail, and other applications such as Twitter and weather reports, but also eats up a lot of battery power. Tap the "Auto-Sync" icon on the Power Management widget or go to the Settings menu, select "Data Synchonization" and turn off some of the options. You can either turn off Auto-Sync altogether or set specific things to sync or to skip synchronizing.
