Avoid picking/popping it! Wash face thoroughly with warm water and an oil-free face wash,ie one for acne-prone skin.Apply ice for 2 min's(helps decrease redness and swelling)Also try acne ointment with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide!ChaCha!
