How do you think inland water routes would have hanged the cultures of Africa?
Inland water systems encompass habitats such as lakes and rivers, marshes, swamps and floodplains, small streams, ponds, and cave waters. These have a variety of biological, physical, and chemical characteristics. Some ways they would have changed African cultures: production of fish, wild game, fruits, grains, etc., storage and retention of water for domestic, industrial, and agricultural use, and medicine, genes for resistance to plant pathogens, ornamental species, etc. ChaCha all the time!
