How do you think the decision to drop the atom bomb will affect the United States in the future?
The dropping of the Atomic Bomb on Japan has made the U.S. and most all nations hesitant of ever doing it again. After seeing the destruction, and with many countries now having the technology, the U.S. realizes a nuclear war could destroy the planet. The U.S. is unlikely to use it in the future, but will not suffer any repercussions for doing so earlier. ChaCha!
