How does a human body decompose?
Human body decomposition begins when your heart stops beating. Brain cells are the first to die. Bone & skin cells survive for days. Blood begins draining from the capillaries, pooling in the body. As the cells die, bacteria within the body begin breaking them down. Enzymes in the pancreas cause the organ to digest itself, taking on a gruesome appearance & smell. ChaCha
