How does an APR measure the true cost of a loan?
APR means Account Profitability Report. It measures the amount of profit the bank has made from your account. The APR is an indication of whether the customer is worthy to be granted a loan. That is,has the bank made or is the bank likely to make enough profit from the customer to risk giving a loan?
