Rate This Answer

In the third time period of the play, Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, Claudius tells Laertes that Polonius is dead. He also insinuates that he and Laertes are on the same side and that he has been injured by Polonius’ death too. Claudius promises to satisfy him that he is guiltless of Polonius’ death.
