How does Fleur Delacour act?
Fleur Delacour, the Harry Potter character, attends the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Her first appearance in the books in in the 4th installment: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, when at first she is quite aloof and snobbish until Harry Potter saves her sister Gabrielle's life in the TriWizard tournament. After that, she warms up to the main characters and even ends up marrying Bill Weasley, Ron's older brother. Thanks for asking ChaCha!
