How does government intervene in north koreas economy?
North Korea has several (if not all, I’m sorry, you'll have to check if so) state owned businesses. Whether they're strategic sectors (oil, minerals) or just plain textiles, it still means that the government is intervening or would like to intervene in the economy. Simply put, state owned companies is an attempt to intervene in the economy by the government.
