About Jogging
In the movie 'Anchor Man,' Will Farrel's character Ron Burgundy describes jogging as just running. Mostly, he's right, running is a major component of jogging, but there is a little more to it than that. Jogging takes place at a more leisurely pace than running, and also causes the body less stress. There is also has mental component that includes pacing and fighting the body's desire to quit. Most runners use jogging for warming-up and cooling-down before training.
