Karma, reincarnation, and the noble truths are all traits from the Bhuddhist religion. These three things, in varying ways, affect and have to do with all religions. If you aim to be noble and true, you will have good karma, so when you get reincarnated you will not suffer. If you do not do good deed, the opposite will happen, that sort of thing.
