How does McDonald's make their pancakes? -?
McDonald's recipe is proprietary, but this is a "copycat" recipe that tastes like their pancakes. Use 2/3 cup 7-up, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil, and 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix. Mix all ingredients in blender for 10 seconds on high. Let sit 10 minutes, and put by 1/4 cup on a hot, oiled griddle -- brown on both sides.
