How does PETA feel about Pokemon?
No, back in 2002, concerned that Scottish schoolchildren drink milk 25% more than kids across the UK, People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has decided to make Pokemon-style trading cards to discourage children from drinking milk.

About PETA
PETA is an animal rights organization dedicated to the ethical treatment of animals, in fact PETA is an acronym for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. PETA has caught a lot of flack for being overly preachy, and racy ads and demonstrations involving naked men and women, with the tag line, ''I'd rather go naked, than wear fur.'' PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.
About Milk
Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is produced to provide food for the young before they are able to digest other foods. Milk also serves as a way for the mother to pass on immunities and antibodies to her young. What milk actually contains depends on the animal it comes from, but most milk contains protein, saturated fats, vitamin C and calcium. In most western societies, cow's milk is the most prevalent.
