How does the social welfare system hurt the people it serves?
People in the welfare system get addicted to the benefits. Some cannot take a job and make X amount of money per month because they may loose their medical insurance or their food stamps. Many use the benefits and work for cash. A overhaul of the welfare system to offer people benefits while working would benefit all and they would not be afraid to return to work. ChaCha
