Maryland is a state in the Mid-Atlantic region and is bordered by Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Oddly, the state has a variety of climates. The eastern part of Maryland experiences hot and humid summers and short, mild winters and the western areas of the state deals with snowier winters and mild summers. The center portion of the state falls between the two climates with both a hot summer and fairly snowy winters.
About Delaware
Delaware is a state located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States bordered by Pennsylvania, the Delaware River, Delaware Bay, New Jersey, Maryland, and the Atlantic Ocean.
