If your calculated BMI (body mass index) is between 25-29.9 you are considered overweight. If it is 30 and above you are considered obese.

Having a BMI over 30 is considered obese, which it too fat. I've attached a link to figure BMI. Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater.

To be overweight is to have a body mass index of 25-29.9 to be obese is a BMI of 30 or greater. Keep ChaCha-ing!

When the weight begins to interfere with daily life, effects health negatively i.e. heart problems, diabetes, ect.
