How hard is it to make a division 1 basketball team?
Its mostly about luck and exposure. There are over 5,000 players in Division I college basketball, which seems like a lot, but in the grand scheme of things its less than 1% of kids that play high school basketball at some time in their lives. Just because you don't get a scholarship doesn't mean the door is closed. ChaCha
