How has technology helped in the study of earthquakes?
Technology has helped a lot in the study of earthquakes. Technology such as GPS and interferometry have helped in showing where earthquakes may occur. Better technology will eventually lead to predicting when earthquakes will occur so warning can be sent out (like tornados and hurricanes). ChaCha on!!

About Earthquakes
Earthquakes are seismic events which rattle the earth. Tectonic plates which press and grind in the Earth's crust release incredible amounts of energy, causing earthquakes. Pictures often show devastating results, depending on the quality of housing prevalent in the earthquake area.
