How heavy can your spotting be when your first pregnant?
Some women will notice light bleeding about 10 to 14 days after fertilization. This bleeding should only last a couple of days and be fairly light. Implantation bleeding is nothing to worry about, but if it gets heavy at any time, or continues longer than a couple of days, see a doctor. ChaCha!
