How is the Washington state government run?
Under the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, all governmental powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution are reserved for the states. This means that if something is not regulated or allowed to be regulated by the federal government the state gets to make the laws on the subject. ChaCha!
