How long can i nap with contacts?
It totally depends upon what contact lenses you have. If you do nap put a drop of solution in both eyes and wait 10 minutes before taking them out. This will allow the lenses to move again and not take off a layer of your cornea. Is there anything else ChaCha can do for you?
