How long can salamanders go without food?

Rate This Answer

Food In theory, salamanders can cope with 9 days without food as long as they are healthy and the water is cool enough. The warmer the water, the quicker they will digest food & therefore lose fat. Ideally salamanders should be fed every 1-3 days. ChaCha!
