You should always take your bandages off about 4 hours after your tattoo is done. You can then wash your tattoo. This will help the skin from really scabbing over during the next few days. Get some soap and water going in your hands, then, gently rub the tattoo not too hard, then rinse your hands. Pat dry, do not rub. ChaCha!
