How long does it take to become a hairdresser?
Cosmetology school can take anywhere from 10 months to 18 months to complete; it depends on whether or not you choose to attend school part-time or full-time. In most states, 1,500 hours of training is required in order to be eligible to take the licensing exam. ChaCha!
