How long does medicine (Tylenol) stay in your blood stream?
It has a half-life of 4-6 hours. Multiply the half life by five, you get 20 to 30 hours in the system. Between one and two days. ChaCha!

About Medicine
Medicine is the science of healing, and encompasses a large number of health care practices to maintain and restore health by treating and ultimately preventing illness. This is accomplished through a variety of means, educating the public on how to stay healthy, diagnosing disease when it comes around, and then treating it through holistic therapies, modern medications and surgery. Medicinal practitioners are also skilled at treating and diagnosing injury, which may use some of the same techniques used to diagnose disease.
