Marijuana, pot, weed, chronic, whatever you call it will stay in ur system from 3 weeks to 1 1/2 months depending on how much u smoke. THC, which is what gets u high, is stored in ur fat cells and takes time to wear off. Don't listen to kids or random websites, pot will stay w/ u, there are cleaning potions that help speed it up, but it's a waiting game. ChaCha rocks!
