How long should one wait after bleaching ones hair before using toner?
After bleaching your hair to the desired lightness, you may proceed to tone it immediately(once it has been dried), but that may result in more damage to the hair. If you really must bleach and tone in the same session, be sure to use a deep-conditioning treatment post-bleach, allowing hair to dry before toning. ChaCha!
