How long should you exercise a day to lose weight fast?
Typically, if you want to lose weight, you should exercise 60 minutes a day, including plenty of cardiovascular exercise such as running, jumping, and walking. Weight exercises will help keep your body in proportionate & make you stronger. ChaCha!
