How many columns are in a game of Solitare?
The foundation is a set of four or more card piles used to collect all cards in the deck(s) in a specified sequence. When the foundation piles contain all cards in the deck(s), the game is won. In Klondike, which is what most people think of for solitare, there are 7 columns. ChaCha!
