How many days do you spot in early pregnancy?
Not all women spot during pregnancy, however there is something called implantation bleeding that can occur from 2-12 days after conception and will usually last 2 days but has been known to last 7 days. It should be light pink blood, and not really bright red at all.

About Early Pregnancy
Early pregnancy is usually considered the first trimester, or first three months, of the pregnancy, with a typical full-term pregnancy lasting nine months. During this time, great care must be taken to follow a proper diet, visit a doctor regularly and be careful not to engage in any behavior which may harm a developing fetus, such as smoking or drinking alcohol, as in all stages of pregnancy.
