How many different 10 digit phone numbers are possible if the first digit is not 0, the fourth digit is not 0 or 1, and the last two digits are 0?
The equation to answer that would be 9*10*10*8*10*10*10*10*1*1. The answer is 72 million phone numbers. ChaCha!
