The word 'holidays' comes from the original of 'holy days.' These days, there are holidays for just about everything, from the serious and religious to the fun and outrageous. About Torah
The Torah is the Five Books of Moses—the entirety of Judaism's founding legal and ethical religious texts. The Torah scroll is a copy of the Torah written on parchment on a scroll format. It is written in the traditional manner by a specially trained scribe under strict requirements.
