How many levels are there in the Nintendo Supermario?
In Super Mario Bros. for the NES there are 8 worlds with 4 sub-levels each. There are also bonus and secret areas hidden in the levels. The Minus World is not a real level, it is a glitch near the world 1-2 exit.
