How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? 3 or 13?
Humans avg 250-400 licks depending on the coarseness of the tongue, the acidity of saliva, amount of enzymes in the saliva etc. I think that would be an accurate assessment for a 13 year old boy.
