How many mg of B6 should I take daily when i'm trying to build muscle and strength?
While weight training, you can take up to 100mg of B6 daily. Anything more than that may be wasted and not absorbed into the body. In addition to that, try boosting your intake of vitamin B rich foods such as legumes, spinach & whole grains. ChaCha!
