The Ford Mustang is one of the most iconic cars in American history. The mustang created the Pony Car class which fits into the muscle car class. The sports car-like coupe with a long hood and short rear, inspired cars like the Camaro and Baracuda. The Mustang is Ford's third oldest nameplate and has remained one of the most popular cars in America since its introduction in 1964.
