About The Bachelor
The Bachelor is ABC's hit dating show, which first aired in 2002. The show focuses on one single young man looking for love and hopes to find it within a group of 25 eligible bachelorettes. During each episode, the bachelor will go on various dates and excursions with the women in order to get to know them better and at the end, he'll eliminate one at the "rose ceremony." Once the bachelor narrows the field, he'll select one woman who he'd like to get more serious with after the show.
