How many people are employed in each branch of the military?
As of the end of Sept 2009 the Army employed 548,000, Marine Corps 203,095, Navy 332,000, Air Force 323,000, and Coast Guard 41,000. The total number of enlisted personnel is 1,208,914. ChaCha again!
