I cannot find it specifically, but here is the calculation for it P= (c/50)+(f/12) - (min(r,4)/5) P= points C= Calories f = Fat Grams r = Dietary fiber Grams. A fried pickle has: Total Fat 3.6g Calories 174 Dietary Fiber 2.3g

About Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers is a support group for those trying to lose weight. It promotes a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet that uses a simple point system to track food intake. It was founded by a woman named Jean Nidetch who was overweight and was tired of the constant battle. After losing weight and keeping it off, Jean formed a support group with other overweight woman and incorporated the group as weight Watchers in 1963
About Calories
The food we eat and beverages we drink all contain calories, which is a measure of energy. Another definition of calorie is the amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of water by one degree. It's recommended that humans consume at least 2,000 calories per day in order to maintain their weight and for enough energy to perform daily tasks.
About Fat
Fat is a nutrient that is essential for the body to function normally. Fat supplies energy to the body and makes it possible for the other nutrients to do their jobs. Unfortunately, we often consume far more fat than is necessary, which can lead to excess cholesterol and obesity, which are two factors that increase the risk of heart disease.
