How many staff members are Senators allowed to employ?
Senators are allowed to employ an unlimited amount of staff members. In 1948 the Senate decided to change the way that staff were allotted by removing the restriction on the number of staff and creating an allowance for each Senator to spend as they saw fit on staff. ChaCha On!
