Lil Wayne has way too many tattoos to even count I counted 6 on his face alone. He has so many on his chest that they run together

Lil Wayne is literally covered with tattoos. If you count each piece he's had done, the number is about 230. ChaCha

Lil Wayne has crack tattoos on his forehead, a gun on his palm, numerous tattoos on his chest, back, neck & face.
