The National Hockey League (NHL) was formed in 1917 in Montreal, Canada and currently has 30 teams (24 in the US and 6 in Canada). The NHL Commissioner is Gary Bettman. The NHL is broken up into Conferences and Divisions. Eastern Conference: Atlantic, Central, Southeast. Western Conference: Northwest, Pacific, Southwest. Come back and ChaCha again.
