How many times a day should I rinse my mouth for a tongue piercing?
Use a diluted, nonalcoholic mouthwash after each meal, and in the morning and evening after you brush your teeth. Pour one-quarter of a capful into a small cup of water and rinse.Avoid hot and spicy foods, alcohol and smoking for at least 10 days.
