Lance Armstrong won the Tours De France 7 times from 1999-2005 and in addition Armstrong won 22 individual stages (including 11 time trials) and his team won the team time trial on 4 occasions through 2009. ChaCha Rocks!

Lance Armstrong won 7 Tour de France titles between 1999 and 2005. He has come out of retirement to try for an 8th title in 2009.
