Professional supercross is a physically demanding sport, with very high cardiovascular demands. The pre-season program consists of 5 days of cardio, 3 days in the gym and 3-4 days on the bike a week. The in-season program involves 2 days in the gym, 2 days of cardio, and 2 days on the motorcycle during the week; plus racing on the weekend.
