ChaCha at the moment does not pay it's guides hourly. We get paid on a per question basis, either .10 or .20 for SMS guides.

It depends on many factors. I would have to say I average $6 an hour on good days. ChaCha!

ChaCha guides get paid .10 cents per text. If we do 200 queries for the week and get 95% accuracy, we get .20 cents the next week.
