How much does a Torch phone cost?
The touch-screen phone Torch is expected to rival Apple's iPhone and other smartphones, like ones using Google's Android OS. AT&T is the exclusive carrier for the new phone and has joined RIM for the announcement. The price: $199.99 with two-year service agreement. Rim will sell the Torch 9800 for $199, by the way, with a 2-year contract
