How much does it cost to go skydiving in Illinois?
It costs anywhere from $85 to $125 for your first static line jump and $100 to $200 for a tandem jump to go skydiving. The AFF program is sometimes sold as a complete package of seven to 10 jumps, costing around $1,500. The first AFF jump normally runs about $250. These prices include all equipment, instruction and the ride to altitude. ChaCha!

Skydiving is an activity as old as the early 1800s, when people realized they may need to get out of a balloon while at altitude, before it isn't anymore. Skydiving is the act of jumping from a flying machine, free falling and releasing a parachute to allow the skydiver to survive a jump from 14,000 feet.
