How much fluids do you need to drink to be rehydrated if you are dehydrated?
There isn't a specific amount of fluids that you need to drink if you are dehydrated. Depending on the level of dehydration, you may need to drink anywhere from a few cups of water to several gallons. You can't drink it all at once in order to allow the body to process all the liquids. Thank you for asking ChaCha!
