How much food and how many times a day do I feed a 13 week old kitten?
Kittens require two to three times more food than adult cats in their first year. When kittens begin eating dry food, continue to feed all they can eat three to four times per day. This should be purrrrfect.

About Kittens
Kittens are baby cats. They are cute, get into trouble, and keep their eyes closed for the first week of their lives. They need constant care, as during the first several weeks of their lives they are unable to urinate or defecate without stimulation from their mothers.
